Lake Linden: Shirley Elizabeth Trezona, 91, former resident of Lake Linden, passed away at Blue Water Hospice Home in Marysville, MI on May 9, 2017.
Shirley was born on August 26, 1925 in Laurium, the daughter of Christopher and Irene (Beesley) Brill. She was a graduate of Calumet High School. She had worked at the Bon Ton Restaurant as a waitress. She loved sewing and crafts.
She was married to Robert Trezona. He passed away on June 15, 2006. Shirley was also preceded in death by a granddaughter-Tammy Trezona.
She is survived by: 3 children-Robert Trezona of Chassell, Debbie Josephson of New Baltimore, and Michael (Debbie) Trezona of Hubbell; 12 grandchildren-Tom, Jeffrey, Jamie, Jason, Jennifer, Jeremy, Julie, James, Jesse, Courtney, Stephanie, and Nicholas; 14 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way.
The Funeral Service will be at Noon on Saturday, May 13, at the Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden with Pastor Jayme Palazeski to officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home for one hour before the funeral. Burial will be at the Lake View Cemetery in Calumet.
