Lynn Marie Waara

Traprock Valley: Lynn Marie Waara, 54, of Traprock Valley, passed away with family by her side, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Hospital, on December 13, 2018, after a battle with medical issues. 

She was born on March 13, 1964, and raised by Aleen and Donald Narhi.  She was a Lake Linden-Hubbell High School graduate.

She was married to James Waara on June 24, 1983.

Lynn enjoyed cooking and loved her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by: her mother-Donna, brother-Leslie, daughter-Jessica, and parents-Aleen and Donald.

She is survived by: her husband-Jim, a daughter-Jamie (Mark) Karpinen of Hubbell; 2 grandchildren-Preston and Owen; brother and sisters-Patricia Heikell, William Narhi, Vickie (Dewayne) Harrison, and Linda (Art) Baratono; along with nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The memorial service will be at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, December 21, at the Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden with Pastor Jared Howard to officiate.  Visitation will be at the funeral home for an hour before the service.
