Darlene M. Beiring

Lake Linden: Darlene M. Beiring, 83, of Lake Linden, passed away at her home on April 21, 2025, after a short illness.

                She was born on February 21, 1942, in Detroit, a daughter of Paul and Eline Land.  She moved to Lake Linden when she was 3.  She attended Lake Linden-Hubbell Schools and graduated from Sacred Heart School in Calumet.

                She met many people while selling Avon products for 25 years.

                She was married to Edward R. Beiring on April 9, 1963 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Lake Linden.

                Darlene was an avid book reader.  She enjoyed classic TV programs and had a green thumb with house plants.

                She was preceded in death by: a newborn son-John Paul, her brother-Thomas Land, her parents, and a great-grandson-Damien A. Starr

                She is survived by: her husband-Edward R. Beiring; 4 children-Dean Beiring of Dearborn Hts, Donna (Robert A) Daugherty of Belleville, MI, Darrin P. Beiring of Lake Linden, and David J Beiring (Jennifer Sleeman) of Trimountain; a grandson-Eli M. Beiring; 2 granddaughters-Karen A. Daugherty (Paul Starr) and Jennifer L. Daugherty (Larry Daily); and 3 half-sisters.

                The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Linden with Father Raju Jose to officiate.  Burial will be at the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Lake Linden.  The Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden is in charge of arrangements.
