Casey Linja

Lake Linden: Casey Linja, age 48, resident of Hancock and former Lake Linden resident, passed away on October 19, 2025, at the Omega House in Houghton.

                Casey was born on June 2, 1977, a son of Gus and Lorna (Curtin) Linja.  He graduated from Lake Linden-Hubbell High School in 1996.  He was known as an electronics wizard.  He enjoyed collecting pens.

                He was a member of the Houghton Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  He was also a member of the Northern Lights Clubhouse.

                He is survived by: his parents-Gus and Lorna of Lake Linden; a brother-Matthew (Christy) of Ohio; sister-April of Lake Linden; and a nephew-Auggie.
