Beverly Olli

Tamarack City: Beverly A. Olli, 61, of Tamarack City, passed away at the Houghton County Medical Care Facility in Hancock on April 29, 2015 with family by her side.

She was born on August 25, 1953, a daughter of Vincent “Strike” and Jeanette (Marcotte) Lepine. She was a 1971 graduate of Dollar Bay High School.  She was employed at Our Lady of Mercy in Hubbell and at Louie’s Super Foods in Lake Linden.

            She loved raising her family and loved her grandkids.  She liked to read and she enjoyed the camp and spending time outdoors.

            She was preceded in death by her parents and her granddaughter- Addelyn Sue Olli.

            She is survived by: former husband and father of the children-Armas Olli, Jr.; 3 children-Jennifer Heikkinen of Lake Linden, Jacob (Melissa) Olli of Hubbell, and Nichole Olli of Lake Linden; 3 grandchildren-Andrew, Kailyn, and Donovan; 2 sisters-Marilyn (Richard) Isaacson and Roseanne (Jeff) Counley; close cousin-Jean (Mike) Makinen; along with numerous friends and other relatives.

The Funeral Liturgy will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 2, at the Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden with Fr. John Martignon to officiate.  Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the start of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Lake Linden.
