Lake Linden: Spencer Robert Mueller, three day old infant son of Bob Mueller and Katie Kolb passed away peacefully in the arms of his mother on August 21, 2017.
Spencer was born on August 18 in Hancock. Due to complications of delivery, he was flown to C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor. His precious life was a gift to us and the many relatives who were able to visit with him while hospitalized. During his brief life on earth he was deeply loved by family and friends who held him, hugged and kissed him, sang to him, prayed with him, told him stories about his home and family and life in Lake Linden and Eagle River. His family wishes to thank the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital for their compassionate care.
Spencer is survived by: his parents- Bob and Katie of Lake Linden and Bob's son-David; maternal grandparents- Mike and Wanda Kolb of Eagle River; maternal aunt- Sarah (Lee) Marcotte of Grand Rapids and cousins- Mason and Nicholas; paternal aunt- Michelle (William) Foley of Wausau, WI and cousins Heather, Holly, Lucus, and Laurin; paternal uncle- Daniel (Mary) Mueller of Wausau, WI and cousin Derick; and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 26, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Linden with Fr. Joseph Boakye Yiadom to officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 until 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 26, at the Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden.
Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Eagle River.
