Lorraine Bell

Hubbell: Lorraine Bell, 86, died on January 27, 2018.

                The former Lorraine Kisul was born April 13, 1931, the daughter of Paul and Mary Kisul.  She was a lifelong resident of Hubbell/Tamarack. She graduated from Lake Linden-Hubbell High School in 1949.  She was a member of Saint Cecilia Church in Hubbell and the Altar Society.

                She married Michael Bell (Belopavlovich) on September 16, 1950 at St. Cecilia Church.  He passed away on March 28, 2006.

                She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband, a brother-Robert Kisul, and a daughter-Mary.

                She is survived by-4 children-Addison, Donna (Micheal) Burket, Kathleen (Paul) Meunier and Michael; 4 grandsons-Jason (Miranda) Crouch, Zachary Burket, and Nicholas and Adam Bell.

                Lorraine’s family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at UP Health System Portage, the Lighthouse at Hubbell staff and the nurses at Portage Home Health for the care that she received.

                The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 1, at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Linden with Fr. Joseph Boakye Yiadom to officiate.  There will be no visitation.  Spring burial will be at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  The Pearce Funeral Home in Lake Linden is in charge of arrangements.   

                In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Omega House or to Little Brothers.
